War Between Love

(Max) I’m going to the war.

(Sheena) Why Max ?

(CJ) Bro I heard your going war G.

(Max) Yeh chur. I'm gonna go fight the Germans. 

(CJ) Ooo. Skuxx G  I wunna come.


(Sheena) Ehhh.How is dis stuff skuxx? Ur so dead Max.

(Maxiline) Hahaha.Max is just dreaming.He can't even fight mum when he has to go have a shower lol.

(Max) Shut up!! I can fight Germans, Ur just jealous u can’t even go to war.

(maxiline) War is gay.I rather stay home and play Fortnite.

(Sheena) I agree with Maxiline.

(Max) Well Sheena if you are going to be like that I think that we should break up .

(Sheena) OK that sounds good.


My learning story
I was good at  including a surprise, a problem or a twist because I put in that the Max was go to the war and his girlfriend was not happy about it  because she  may lose the love of her life.

I got better at using words to describe and make a picture in our head eg
dead. I chose to use this word because it made a picture in my readers head.

It was hard for me to organise my ideas into paragraphs because when I was fixing it up I was getting confused and I didn't know  what p1 p2 or p3 was.

I need to work on making it make sense so the readers can not get lost in the story and so they can make sense from it and make a picture in the readers head.


Rylee’s Feedback: I think you were good at using describing words like dead. But I think you need to re read your story and maybe try make the story a little more sense but yet you have written a really good story.

Kate’s feedback: You have written an interesting and entertaining dialogue Ugene. It has a beginning, middle and ending. You have told the story with dialogue really well.

Ugenes Athletic Story: Today I was exhausted, tired and sore. If you are still wondering what I am talking about, I am talking about 'Athletic Days’ My first activity was discus throw where I got bronze. I was good at cheering people on and using the right arm technique so I can throw the discus further. Something I liked was sprint's/long distances. At the end of the activity, I was sweating with tired legs. In sprints, I got silver and gold for long distances. I was good at not worrying if I was coming last I still persevered and kept on running. Ugene Maths Learning Story

Ugenes Maths Learning Story: In maths, we have been learning how to cooperate together and share our ideas with our math group. Maths Problem : Rico builds a string of beads using 3 colors, starting with white, black then red then repeating the pattern. The answer we were trying to figure out in this problem is ‘what the last colored bead?’ First I went 103 divided by 3. We then went 3 x 30 = 90 because we were trying to figure out the groups of 103, from our prior knowledge we knew there were 13 beads left over. We were trying to figure out how many groups of 3 are in 13. We then found out the answer to ‘how many groups of 3 are in 13 which was 4. The given answer was 4 and this is how we all worked together to solve a problem. The Sassy Charleston

Ugene’s Dance Learning Story  Term 3 The Sassy Charleston. So according to my facts James P. Johnson was the one that invented The Charleston and it was brought in to the world in the 1920’s. The Moves. So the moves are similar to the dance we call the shuffle because you have to keep moving your feet and in The Charleston and it is mostly about your leg movement. Is the Charleston jazz ? Did you know The Charleston is jazz. It was used to accompany The Charleston dance. Cecil Mack was the man that wrote the lyrics and James P. Johnson was the first man to introduced the stride piano method of playing. What do people wear for Charleston? When people dance to the Charleston they wear fancy dress (for the girls) and tux for the boys. Also the boys wear a top hat.
