Ugenes Athletic Story: Today I was exhausted, tired and sore. If you are still wondering what I am talking about, I am talking about 'Athletic Days’ My first activity was discus throw where I got bronze. I was good at cheering people on and using the right arm technique so I can throw the discus further. Something I liked was sprint's/long distances. At the end of the activity, I was sweating with tired legs. In sprints, I got silver and gold for long distances. I was good at not worrying if I was coming last I still persevered and kept on running. The activity I didn’t like was high jump I found it difficult to lift my leg and to jump high but the skill I used was to ignore any distractions happening and focusing on getting myself over the pole. My next steps are to use both my arm and leg movement so I can easily move my body to make it over the pole. The next activity was vortex, I got bronze.
