Ugene's Legacy & Report Prompts for end of Year

My favourite memory of my time at Corinna School is when we were at The Big Day Out  because it was so fun to just have to chill with my school family because we usually don't have a cool time like that  out with my class.

·  A challenging time was when I was playing netball because when we had training it was so hard for me because we did a lot of running and that was the hards time for me.

     The most important things I learned was how to write my learning story in an engaging way because that's one of the ways I like to make a picture in my readers head.

·  Some people who helped me achieve my goals were Kate because she always makes me do it until I give up. But I  will not give up it’s more like having a break. When I have a break I just try get it done.

      It was hard for me to show up to school everyday because I’d be too busy playing Fortnite, eating breakfast and also because of family issues You know how your family is when it comes to issues.

Every Thursday’s Year 7 & 8’s  go to Brandon Intermediate with Natone Park School to find and pursue a passion we are yet to find. Ugene 2017 Athletics learning story

Ugenes Athletic Story: Today I was exhausted, tired and sore. If you are still wondering what I am talking about, I am talking about 'Athletic Days’ My first activity was discus throw where I got bronze. I was good at cheering people on and using the right arm technique so I can throw the discus further. Something I liked was sprint's/long distances. At the end of the activity, I was sweating with tired legs. In sprints, I got silver and gold for long distances. I was good at not worrying if I was coming last I still persevered and kept on running. The activity I didn’t like was high jump I found it difficult to lift my leg and to jump high but the skill I used was to ignore any distractions happening and focusing on getting myself over the pole. My next steps are to use both my arm and leg movement so I can easily move my body to make it over the pole. The next activity was vortex, I got bronze.
